Penny black@allsorts July challenge

Hi all this has to be the quickest post ever silly me has forgotten to post my card for the Penny black monthly challenge !!! this month its flowers this is there link http://pennyblackatallsorts.blogspot.com/
i have used a PB stamp called long stem cuties stamped onto white card and colour washed the background in green and blue then coloured the image with a mixture of promarkers and SU write markers added glamour dust using a quickie glue pen to the rose to give it a bit of sparkle i have then mounted it onto a dark card then onto a light added a peach coloured ribbon a happy birthday sentiment from a SU set punched out with Su modern label and added two gems then mounted the whole thing onto a cream card base i hope you like it



right must dash its nearly 11pm got to get my shower and crawl into bed as tomorrow is going to be a very long day the computer shop rang at 5.30 to say the laptop was ready to collect in the morning so got to pop there walk the dogs pack my clothes and the food and be ready for the off when Dave gets home at lunch go collect the caravan then drive down to Taunton for our overnight stop before Weymouth hopefully will be able to keep in touch but if not hey ho be back at the end of the month to catch up with friends that are staying here while we are gone and all my friends and blog friends

    Aaaargh! Sounds like the kind of day that makes me want to turn over and go to sleep when the alarm goes off! I love your sweet card Sue - the rose in particular looks spectacular with its touch of sparkle. Hope you get everything done and then you can relax. Happy holidays! Vx
