Morning all i was up with the larks today and the sun is shining yippe washing is on the line n kitchen cleaned but having said that it will show up all the dust anyway that can wait till later !!!! i had to go to the dentist yesterday for my checkup thankfully i was in and out in fact i couldn't run away any quicker har har i just am sooooooooo terrified but i haven't got to go back till May 2012 yippe put out the flags and not talk dentist till then !!!!! before i went i kept myself occupied by doing some baking much to the other half's delight i made flapjacks and cheese scones oh and fed the Christmas cake with whiskey boy did the house smell good and no i did't have a tot as i had to drive !!!! what a shame
Anyway on to the reason for two post this week while being immersed in blog land i read a blog called Cards & Things Challenges with a colour challenge that i could not resist because it was some of my favorite colours Cherry Cobbler Old Olive and Crumb Cake all SU and not having done many Christmas cards yet !!!! i set myself a challenge to get on and the result is four cards and another two set up and ready to put together i have used one SU stamp set called Season of Joy for all the cards and a new Tim Holtz decorative strip die Christmas Greenery which i bought as a bargain at Doncaster show that hadn't been out the packet yet oops £4 cheaper than i had seen it anywhere else and red gems from Mieflower a bargain at £1 for a hundred check her web out here

and of course the three Su card colours for the challenge oh i nearly forgot the cream flower was made using the SU scallop punch using very vanilla ribbled and scrunched to death so you can split the layers with a brad in the middle, so here goes i am entering them into Cards & Things Challenges colour challenge 97 and this is there link
